The Liphe Group was formed in 2023 by Kelly Elphick. 

With 20 years of experience in corporate HR, Kelly is a qualified Coach, a member of the International Coaching Federation and a Chartered Member of the CIPD. 

Kelly has already helped many coaching clients to get true clarity on their goals, understand what has been holding them back and take action to overcome their challenges. 

Her clients range from aspiring graduates to senior business leaders. 

Kelly is married with two children and in her career has faced challenges which she now helps her clients overcome.
